Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp coarse salt
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 125 ml olive oil
- Pepper, black, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk together the garlic, salt, mustard, honey, and orange juice. Slowly add the olive oil, whisking continuously, until the sauce becomes creamy. Season with pepper to taste.
