Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kohlrabi, peeled
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 2 tsp yogurt
- 2 tsp pumpkin seed oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 pinch of mustard, Dijon
- Salt
Instructions

quick and easy but delicious
Peel the kohlrabi and slice it thinly, ideally using a slicer. (Similar to carpaccio in thickness.) Mix the dressing ingredients together, toss the kohlrabi with the dressing, let it sit, and finally, drizzle with a drizzle of pumpkin seed oil for the eye. Roasted pumpkin seeds also go well on top.
