Lamb's lettuce with tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper, colorful from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onion, and mix it in a bowl with the apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt, and a few grinds of freshly ground pepper. Then whisk in the rapeseed oil. Wash and trim the lamb’s lettuce and spin dry. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Add both to the vinaigrette in the bowl and mix everything together.
