Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 medium-sized carrots
- 100 g walnuts
- 1 lemon(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 handful of dill, fresh
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
From Israel
Peel and coarsely grate the carrots. Mix with the nuts. Mix a marinade of lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper and stir into the salad. Chop the dill and stir into the salad. Serve the salad in a glass bowl to show off its fresh color. Let it marinate in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
