Ingredients for 13 servings:
- 1 ½ kg potato(s), finely grated
- 200 g kidney beans, ground
- 1 cm nutmeg, with ground
- 1 tsp mustard seeds (gold), with ground
- ½ tsp peppercorns, with ground
- 2 tsp salt (seasoning salt)
- 150 g sheep’s cheese, diced
- 120 g sheep’s cheese or goat’s cheese 50% fat, grated
- Oil (rapeseed oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
gluten-free, egg-free + cow’s milk-free / own recipe
If they are new potatoes, press the juice through a linen cloth to remove the juice. Add the potato starch back in. Mix all ingredients except the oil together and fry in hot fat in batches about the size of your hand until golden brown.
