Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 5 tbsp Parmesan
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
easy and fast
Cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes. Combine all ingredients and bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. Turn halfway through.
