Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ apple
- 1 m.-sized avocado(s)
- 3 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 2 nectarines, frozen
- 1 handful of fruit, frozen
- 1 tbsp blueberries, frozen

First, peel the avocado and roughly chop the apple. Place it in a blender with the lime juice and 75 ml of coconut milk. Reserve three nectarine slices for decoration and add the rest as well. Blend everything together. Half of the mixture can now be poured into a mug. For the second variation, add the handful of berries and the rest of the coconut milk to the blender and blend again until creamy. Add more coconut milk if it doesn’t blend or is too thick. The second variation is now ready. Decorate both nice cream variations with frozen blueberries and nectarine slices and serve immediately. Mint as a garnish is also delicious and refreshing. Tip: If you don’t have any frozen fruit, add ice cubes for the best creaminess. Alternatively, prepare the mixture in advance, freeze it, and when you’re craving something sweet, let it stand at room temperature for 10 minutes and then scoop it out.
