Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 radish(s), white, peeled
  • 2 spring onions, including green parts, cut into rolls
  • 100 g shrimp
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, light
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce, Asian
  • 2 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted in a dry pan until golden brown
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Halve the radish lengthwise and cut into approximately 5cm long pieces. Cook them in salted water for about 15 minutes, then refresh with cold water and cut into thin slices. Whisk the soy and chili sauce with the sesame oil, mix with the remaining ingredients, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let it sit for at least 1 hour. Serve with a baguette and you have a leaner meal for two.
