Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 75 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 large carrot(s)
  • 2 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Vegetarian vegetable burgers

Heat the milk. Mix the oatmeal with the salt, flour, and oil and pour the hot milk over it. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes. In the meantime, grate the carrot and mix it with the cream cheese. Then add it to the oatmeal mixture and stir everything together. Heat a little oil in a pan and form the mixture into patties. Then fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
