Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour (whole wheat)
- 250 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- Butter for the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let the batter rest for at least 10 minutes. Pour a ladleful of batter into the heated and greased waffle iron and bake the waffles one at a time. Tip: If desired, you can add a little cinnamon or rum to the batter.
