Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese or sheep’s cheese
- 300 ml cream
- 2 garlic cloves, squeezed (more if desired)
- 15 black olives, pitted, very finely chopped
Instructions

also tastes good with grilled meat or as a spread on bread
In a deep bowl, thoroughly mash the feta with a fork, add the cream, and roughly mix with a fork. Then, using a mixer, beat the mixture until smooth, then stir in the crushed garlic and chopped olives. Please prepare this sauce just before serving! Tip: We love this sauce, partly because you can use the leftovers as a spread the next day.
