Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 400 g cream cheese
- 5 tbsp milk or buttermilk
- ½ pack of frozen herbs or a handful of fresh herbs
- 2 tomatoes, pickled, dried (drained)
- 2 tbsp oil from the sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
(for dipping, spreading on bread or as a Greek appetizer)
Crumble the feta cheese and place it in a tall mixing bowl with the cream cheese. Add the milk or buttermilk and blend thoroughly with a hand blender until smooth. Add a little more milk or buttermilk if necessary. Finely dice the tomatoes and add them along with the oil and herbs. Whisk the mixture thoroughly again with the hand blender. Let it sit for one to two hours.
