Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk all ingredients together. Grease a tall, straight bowl. Pour the egg mixture into it and cook uncovered for 4-5 minutes at 600 watts. Then turn out and cut into cubes.
