Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some nutmeg
  • some butter, for greasing

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Lightly grease two cups. Whisk the eggs with the remaining ingredients and pour into the cups. Let it set for 4 minutes at 440 watts. Turn the egg custard out onto a board and cut into small cubes or strips. Good luck!
