Hack – vegetable soup

  • Parsley, curled
  • 0,5 Urkohl (whole)
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 400 g Minced meat, mixed
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 1 liter Roast stock
  • 1 small Cauliflower, fresh
  • 1 small Broccoli, fresh
  • 150 g Brussels sprouts, fresh
  • 3 rest Potatoes
  • 3 rest Caraway seed
  • 1 Bay leaf

Hack – vegetable soup

  1. Chop the parsley. Peel shallot and garlic clove in a lightning chopper, chop. Cut the original cabbage into large pieces. Cauliflower, broccoli in florets. Peel the Brussels sprouts in quarters and potatoes, quarter them, cut in half and put everything in a colander.
  2. Take a large saucepan and add the rapeseed oil, heat. Finely chopped in and steamed. Then add the minced meat and fry in it. Season with salt and gourmet pepper. After about 5 minutes, deglaze the whole thing with the roast stock.
  3. Now gradually add the cabbage vegetables together with the potato pieces. Parsley with it. Add caraway seeds & bay leaf. Bring the whole thing to a boil, then switch it down and simmer for 25 minutes. Remove the bay leaf before serving. Then arrange in deep plates.
