Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp flour
- 6 tbsp soy milk (soy drink)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- ¼ tbsp baking powder
- ½ tbsp lemon juice, n. B., makes the cake fluffier
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug until all lumps have dissolved. Wipe the sides of the batter, otherwise it will crust during baking. Microwave the mug for 2-2.5 minutes at 700 watts. Caution: The mug will be hot! Variations: Replace the cocoa with 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut, peanut butter, vegan chocolate spread, and a little instant coffee powder. Replace the soy milk with water and lemon juice. Add a little lemon zest to the batter.
