Low-carb waffles with berries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 60 g butter
  • 100 g quark
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp vanilla-flavored protein powder
  • 125 g mixed berries
  • 250 g yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat the eggs with softened butter, quark, and oil until frothy. Stir in the egg white powder. Bake the waffles one at a time in a hot, greased waffle iron and keep the finished waffles warm. Lightly crush the berries and fold them loosely into the yogurt. Serve each waffle with berry yogurt.
