Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ apple (large apple)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 200 g apple puree, unsweetened
- 30 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- n. B. Flavor powder
- some milk, low-fat

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat. Combine all the dry ingredients for the crumble in a bowl. Add a teaspoon at a time (start with just a teaspoon so it doesn’t clump too quickly!) and mix well until small “lumps” form for the crumble. Dice the apple, mix with the remaining ingredients for the apple mixture, and place in an ovenproof dish. Spread the crumble over the top and bake for about 25 minutes.
