Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 3 kg cucumber(s), fresh green, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp salt
- 3 large onions, peeled and cut into rings
- 250 ml vinegar, 10%
- 250 g sugar
- 1 tbsp dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp black pepper, ground
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes
Overnight super delicious cucumbers, like pickled, without cooking
Combine all ingredients, preferably in a 3-liter jar with a swing top, shake frequently, let it sit overnight, and enjoy! The pickled cucumbers will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
