Tomato-Mango Summer Salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 pot of basil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp brown cane sugar
  • ½ orange(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and chili pepper and peel the mango. Dice the tomatoes, mango, and mozzarella and place them in a salad bowl. Mix the soy sauce and white wine vinegar. Chop half of the basil and the chili pepper and add them to the dressing. Add the juice of half an orange and stir in the brown sugar. Now add the olive oil to the dressing and mix well. Then pour it over the salad and toss to combine. Garnish with the remaining basil leaves.
