Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 liters of grape juice or apple juice or orange juice
  • 10 elderflower heads
  • e.g. gelling agent or gelling sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 19 minutes

The taste is very intense, let yourself be surprised!

Let the elderflower blossoms steep in the juice for 24 hours. Then strain the juice through a sieve lined with a cheesecloth. Boil down to your desired jelly consistency. Any type of gelling agent or preserving sugar can be used. Please use the correct amount and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
