Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Slice the onions into rings, cut the bell peppers into strips, halve the chili peppers, halve the olives if desired, and slice the tomatoes. Line 4 square pieces of aluminum foil and brush with olive oil. Halve the feta lengthwise to create 2 equal slices, each about 1 cm thick. Place the feta halves side by side on the brushed pieces of aluminum foil and season both sides with hot paprika and sweet paprika. Arrange the sliced vegetables on the feta and season with a little pepper and gyro seasoning. Drizzle with a little olive oil and seal the aluminum foil to prevent any liquid from escaping. Place the feta in the preheated oven for 30 minutes and serve with baguette.
