Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 apples
- 2 small bananas
- 1 small celeriac
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of Allspice, ground
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel, core, and dice the apples or cut them into sticks. Finely slice the peeled celery and mix with the walnuts. Combine the marinade ingredients and toss with the salad. Finally, fold in the sliced bananas. For rosy-cheeked apples, it looks nice to leave the skin on. The salad will be even more fruity if you add a little apple juice.
