Beef steak with parsley cream mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 steaks, beef, 180 g each
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 5 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 slice(s) bacon, fat
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Dice the bacon and fry in a pan. Finely chop the onion and sauté. Add the mushrooms and simmer over medium heat. Minutes aren’t crucial here. Sear the steaks in a pan for about 2 minutes on each side, then wrap in aluminum foil and place in the oven at 150°C for 20 minutes. Finely chop the parsley. 10 minutes before the steaks are done, add the crème fraîche to the mushrooms, add the parsley, and simmer briefly. Serve immediately.
