Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 bell peppers
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 150 – 200 g
- salt and pepper
- herbal salt
- Clarified butter for frying

made quick and easy
Clean and chop the vegetables and mushrooms, and set aside. Fry the minced meat in clarified butter in a large pan until browned and crumbly. Add a little salt. When the meat is almost cooked, add the mushrooms and vegetables and fry until al dente. Cut the feta into pieces and add it to the pan. Season with herb salt and pepper and serve hot.
