Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can of artichoke hearts, without oil, 20 kcal per 100 g
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ tsp sambal oelek
- ½ tsp savory
- 1 tsp herbs, frozen
- herbal salt
- pepper
Instructions

Drain the artichoke hearts and quarter them. Combine all other ingredients to make a marinade and toss with the artichoke hearts. Let it marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator. Wrap the marinated artichoke hearts in aluminum foil, leaving a small opening at the top, and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. The artichokes are delicious warm on a fresh green salad, but they can also be eaten on their own or as a vegetable side dish with meat.
