Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breast fillets, cooked
- ½ kg sauerkraut
- 2 onions, red
- ½ bunch chives
- 1 carrot(s), cooked
- salt and pepper
- some sugar
- 3 tbsp oil
- lemon juice
Instructions

also works with turkey breast
Drain the sauerkraut and chop it finely. Dice the onion, carrot, and chicken breast. Finely chop the chives. Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, sugar, chives, and 2-3 tablespoons of oil. This dish is also delicious served warm.
