Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 400 g minced beef or turkey
- 100 g mushrooms, diced (if you like)
- 250 g vegetables, finely chopped, of your choice
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 ball(s) of mozzarella, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Children like it and you can hide vegetables in it
Crack the eggs. Mix the spices and ground beef with the egg mixture. Then fold in the vegetables, mozzarella, and breadcrumbs. Let stand for 10 minutes. Pour the mixture into a well-greased muffin tin or muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 20-25 minutes. I serve it with rice and salad.
