1-minute rice pudding with rice flakes without cooking

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp, heaped rice flakes, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • 12 tbsp soy rice milk (soy rice drink)

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 1 minute

lactose-free, low-fat, low-calorie, super fast

Put rice flakes (I used cereal rice flakes from the baby food section) into a small bowl and mix with sugar. Add soy rice milk and mix. This creates a very firm rice pudding consistency, which I love. It’s also easy to form balls out of it. Chill and serve with applesauce, sugar, and cinnamon or raspberry syrup, if desired.
