easy and quick to prepare

Mash the blue cheese and butter in a bowl with a fork and mix. The butter and blue cheese should be at room temperature. This makes it easier to mash and mix. Wash the carrot and cut into thin strips. Halve the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into 1 x 1 cm pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices. You will need 3 pieces per person. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the green parts of the spring onions into thin rings. Use a teaspoon to scoop out a small portion of the cheese mixture and form it into a small ball. Wear disposable gloves to prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands. Arrange all ingredients on plates. Serve garnished with balsamic vinegar.
