Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g salad of your choice
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 125 g Parmesan
  • 1 roll
  • 175 ml dressing (yoghurt dressing)
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

perfect as a side dish or as a main course

Clean and wash the lettuce, tear it into bite-sized pieces, and place it in a bowl. Quarter the tomatoes and add them. Grate the Parmesan cheese or shred it if desired. Cut the bread roll into bite-sized pieces. Add both to the bowl and mix everything with the yogurt dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Approx. 300 kcal per serving.
