Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 75 g red bell pepper(s), diced
- little oil
- 500 ml vegetable juice (pepper juice), freshly squeezed
- 75 g spaghetti
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 corners of herb melted cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sauté the diced bell peppers in a little oil for 3 minutes, then deglaze with the bell pepper juice. Add the noodles, soy sauce, paprika, and cream cheese. Bring everything to a boil and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
