Zucchini cookies with sour cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 small zucchini, firm
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper,
  • Paprika powder
  • chives
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 200 g sour cream
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the zucchini and coarsely grate it, including the skin, squeezing it well. Finely chop the onions and add them. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Crush the garlic with a little salt and add it to the mixture. Mix with the eggs and flour to form a dough. Fry the small biscuits in oil. Serve with sour cream, seasoned with salt, pepper, mild paprika, and finely chopped fresh chives.
