Grilled zucchini slices

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small zucchini
  • 3 tbsp zucchini spice mix
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of natural yogurt
  • 6 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes

with garlic sauce

Peel the garlic and press it into the yogurt. Add the Miracle Whip and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Sprinkle with the zucchini seasoning. Place aluminum foil on the grill, brush it thinly with a little oil, and grill the zucchini slices for a few minutes on both sides. Tip: Prepare the garlic sauce 5-6 hours in advance and let it sit.
