Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g scarlet runner beans from the can
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Styrian pumpkin seed oil
- ½ onion(s), red
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
- 10 grapes
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- possibly tomato(s), chopped
- possibly basil leaves, finely chopped

Place the broad beans in a sieve or colander and rinse. Make the marinade in a bowl. To do this, combine the water, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Finely chop the onion and garlic, grate the horseradish, and season the marinade with it. Halve the broad beans and grapes, add them, and mix. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours. For a nice touch, I also added a few tomatoes and finely chopped basil leaves. It tastes great, too. Goes well with grilled dishes or just as a snack.
