Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 300 g minced meat, beef or tartar
  • 4 slices of toast (wholemeal toast)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Fat, for the pan
  • 4 slice(s) cheese (slices according to taste)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

a quick snack, hearty and delicious

Finely chop the parsley and dice the onion very finely. Season the minced meat with onion, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread the minced meat on the toast slices and cook in the pan (on the minced side) for about 5 minutes. In a separate pan, fry the fried eggs. Slice the tomatoes. Place the toast and minced meat slices on a plate, top with a slice of cheese, if desired, then top with tomatoes, and finally with the fried egg. Sprinkle with parsley.
