- 2 pinches of flaxseed
- possibly desiccated coconut
- some dark chocolate, grated

First, you need to mix the soy flakes, flaxseed, and desiccated coconut or other dry ingredients thoroughly. Then add the cream and mix. The amount of cream needed can vary; the important thing is that the dough has a mushy consistency. Now, knead the dough, press it into the shape of a cereal bar onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake it for 7 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Let it rest in the refrigerator for another 2 hours.
