Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g minced beef or veal
  • 300 g minced lamb
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves, fresh
  • Salt
  • Pepper (4 seasons pepper), freshly ground
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp, heaped parsley, fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and form into oval slices, weighing 60g each. Grill both sides. Serve with tzatziki and Greek salad.
