Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg onion(s)
- 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
- 2 packs of cream cheese spread
- 1 bread roll, grated
- 3 tbsp curry powder, more or less
- salt and pepper
- 1 bread roll, dry, grated
- fat or margarine

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
quick, with curry
Peel the onions, dice them, and sauté them in the fat or margarine until translucent! Sprinkle the curry powder over the onions and sauté briefly! Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer the soup until the onions are soft! Then stir in the cream cheese and let it melt! Add the grated bread roll (to bind the mixture) and stir well! Serve with baguette.
