Apple and blueberry pasta

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pasta (wholemeal), cooked
  • 1 small apple
  • 70 g blueberries, fresh
  • 1 tbsp almonds, grated
  • 1 tbsp Stevia
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 65 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), natural
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the apple into small pieces. Heat a pan with a little water. Add the apple pieces and sauté. After 2 to 3 minutes, add the fresh blueberries and sauté. Mix in 1 tablespoon of stevia and cinnamon. Finally, add the pasta and toss with the grated almonds. Serve on a plate or in a bowl. Mix the low-fat curd cheese with the soy yogurt. If you like, you can add cinnamon or stevia powder. Then, pour the curd cheese and yogurt cream over the apple and blueberry pasta.
