Low-calorie smoothie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g frozen fruit (e.g. raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
  • 500 ml milk 1.5%
  • some sweetener or stevia
  • ½ lemon(s), squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the milk into a blender, add the frozen fruit, and the juice of 1/2 lemon, and blend thoroughly. Season to taste with sugar or sweetener. Pour into glasses, serve with a long spoon, and simply enjoy.
