- 3 kiwis
- 250 ml pineapple juice
- 125 ml kefir
- 3 tbsp, leveled glucose

Peel and finely chop the kiwi. Blend it with the pineapple juice, glucose, and kefir, and divide it between two large glasses. Voila, quick, easy, and super delicious!
