Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 onions
- 1 kg minced meat
- 3 bell peppers, red or yellow and green
- 1 large can of mushrooms
- 1 large can of tomatoes
- 1 gr. can/n peach(s), with juice
- ½ bottle of ketchup (curry ketchup)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- curry powder
- Tabasco
- Broth, granulated
- Sauce thickener
- 1 liter of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Slice the onions into rings and fry them with the ground beef until browned. Slice the mushrooms and bell peppers, dice the tomatoes and peaches, and add them along with their juices. Pour in the ketchup, top up with 1 liter of water, season with spices, and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Thicken with a sauce thickener, if desired. Serve with bread rolls, flatbread, or baguette.
