Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g rigatoni
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 7 small mushrooms
- 280 g peas and carrots
- 400 g tomatoes, chopped
- 2 dashes of soy sauce

Cook the noodles al dente. In the meantime, finely dice the onion, cut the bell peppers into short strips, and quarter the mushrooms. Sauté everything in a pot with the soy sauce. Then add the tomatoes and simmer, stirring occasionally. Drain the noodles and mix in. Drain the peas and carrots, mix in, and heat quickly. Season with soy sauce and serve immediately.
