Yogurt mousse

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g yogurt, 10%
  • 200 g cream
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp sauce, e.g. red fruit compote or other berry sauce
  • Berries, fresh for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff. Stir the yogurt with powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth, then fold in the cream. Pour into glasses or dessert bowls, top each with a little berry sauce, and garnish with fresh berries.
