Oatmeal with apple and kiwi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml water
  • 150 ml milk
  • 50 g fine oat flakes
  • 2 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • some vanilla from the pod or mill
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Almond(s), chopped for garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Delicious porridge with apple, banana and kiwi

Mash the banana. Slice the kiwi. Grate the apple. Combine the milk and water in a saucepan, add the vanilla and cinnamon, and bring to a boil while stirring. Stir in the oats and flaxseed and continue to simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. When the desired consistency is reached, stir in the banana and apple, let it warm through, and then pour the porridge onto a plate. Place the kiwi slices on top of the porridge and sprinkle with chopped almonds, if desired.
