Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 blood oranges
- 1 persimmon
- 1 tbsp glucose
- 6 walnuts
- 1 handful of cornflakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with cornflakes and walnuts
Peel and slice the blood oranges, then cut the segments into small, bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely dice the persimmons. Crack and roughly chop the walnuts. Place the blood orange and persimmon pieces in a bowl and mix with about 1 tablespoon of glucose. Add the chopped walnuts and sprinkle with a handful or more of lightly torn cornflakes. A vitamin-rich little snack for between meals, or for dessert or breakfast.
