Ingredients for 2 servings:

- 1 large carrot(s)
- 200 g feta cheese, cut into cubes
- Salt
- pepper
- chili flakes
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- Spice mix as desired
- 2 wraps
- oil
- e.g. yogurt

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the leek and slice into thin rings. Peel the carrot and use a vegetable peeler to thinly slice it from top to bottom, then trim. Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the vegetables until al dente. Season to taste. Add the sesame seeds. Finally, add the diced feta cheese and heat through. Heat the wraps in a pan or microwave, place them on warm plates, and fill with the vegetables. Serve with cold yogurt.
