Pepper flowers with fried egg

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 eggs
  • some salt
  • some pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the bell peppers and cut them into approximately 2 cm wide rings. Remove the cores. Heat oil in a pan and briefly fry the bell pepper rings on both sides. Crack an egg into each ring and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the desired fried egg consistency is reached. You have a beautiful breakfast egg.
