Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 300 g celeriac
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 cup of cream or yogurt
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Sauté the carrots and celery until tender. Finely dice the onion. Dice the carrots and celery. Mix the vegetables, add the cream or yogurt, and season the salad with salt and pepper. This recipe contains approximately 150 kcal per serving.
